Professor Chad Flanders is teaching at St. Louis University School of Law. He has a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Chicago, and a law degree from Yale Law School. He has written many articles on constitutional law, election law, and the philosophy of punishment. He is currently a Fulbright Lecturer at Nanjing University Law School.
