主讲人介绍：曲保智，招商集团（香港）战略部副总经理，CERM亚洲专家组成员。前莫斯科大学研究员，曾任香港城市大学商学院经济与金融系助理教授。于2004年获得匹兹堡大学经济学博士学位。其主要研究领域为金融经济学、公司财务治理机构、比较经济和经济学发展以及中国经济等。曲博士的文章发表在多个国际期刊上，如Journal of Comparative Economics、Pacific Economic Review等，也多次受邀在各种国际会议如ASSA上发言。他的研究项目得到过香港城市大学和匹兹堡大学的数次资助。

TOPIC: Do Bank Loans and Local Amenities Explain Chinese Urban House Prices?
SPEAKER: Baozhi Qu, deputy general manager of Strategy and Research Department, China Merchants Group Limited, Hong Kong, CERM Committee Member. He has been a senior research fellow at the Institute of Emerging Market Studies, Moscow School of Management and an assistant professor at Department of Economics and Finance, City University of Hong Kong. Qu got his Ph.D in Economics from University of Pittsburg. His research interests are in the areas of financial economics, corporate finance and governance, comparative economics and economic development, and Chinese economy. His paper has been published in various academic journals such as Journal of Comparative Economics, Pacific Economic Review, etc. He has been invited to present at different kinds of international conferences like ASSA. His research projects were granted by City University of Hong Kong and University of Pittsburg.
