Asheq Rahman博士现在是Massey University的会计学教授、同时是会计学院博士项目协调人。他的研究兴趣包括：财务会计、自愿性披露和国际会计等话题。他是Pacific Accounting Review的主编，同时是Abacus、International Journal of Accounting等杂志的编委会成员，研究成果曾发表于Abacus, Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Accounting and Business Research, The International Journal of Accounting, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy等国际期刊。
